Clancy A. Brown
Hobart and William Smith Colleges

Clancy has grown up in the great outdoors, sailing along the coast of Maine and rock climbing and backpacking in the White Mountains. Her favorite hiking companion is her dog, Shadow. Doing research at a biological field station in the Rockies last summer was a chance to explore new places and bigger mountains. After another summer out west, she’ll try her Spanish skills during a semester in South America. While on campus, she’s usually busy organizing events like Earth Week, working with college administrators to go climate neutral and logging hours in the lab identifying insects, but she still finds time to enjoy long runs by Seneca Lake.
