Teresa Floyd
Teresa will complete her Associates degree this fall at Cuyahoga Community College, and continue on to Findley University for her Bachelor's in Environmental, Safety and Health Management. As a State of Ohio licensed Lead (Pb) Risk Assessor, she participates in making homes lead (Pb) safe in the Cleveland area. During the summer months she works with junior high students, teaching them recycling, landscaping, and job preparation skills. She's currently an Executive Board Member of the Democratic Party, and actively involved in the political efforts for proactive measures to reduce the amount of lead-poisoned children in Cleveland.

How can you describe a weekend of student leaders from across the U.S. with an intense passion to change the world? The Orientation was a phenomenal experience to meet and build connections that I'm sure will last a lifetime.
