Sara R. Hutton
University of Florida

Sara is a third-year Wildlife Ecology and Conservation major, minoring in Environmental Science and Organic and Sustainable Crop Production. She interns at UF's Office of Sustainability and is a founding member and new president of the student organization, Gators for a Sustainable Campus. Most of her free time is spent outdoors traveling, camping, hiking, canoeing/kayaking, biking, gardening, or photographing nature. Sara also loves reading in her hammock and making vegan desserts. She plans to continue to study sustainability and wildlife issues and hopes to incorporate the two disciplines in a career in wildlife biology, ecotourism, or environmental consulting.
