Leslye D. Penticoff
Wellesley College

Leslye is a junior environmental studies major and philosophy minor at Wellesley College. Her passion for international environmental justice led her to study abroad in Copenhagen, where she helped organize the central 350.org event, co-wrote an article on climate change refugees with a Bangladeshi asylum-seeker, and attended the COP 15 climate conference. Back at Wellesley, Leslye coordinates the Leadership Campaign's MetroWest region to promote bold targets for reducing carbon emissions. She also builds collaborative networks to support sustainability and student engagement. Leslye loves bicycling adventures, community farming, making dance party playlists, and going back to Idaho to see friends and family. Leslye is a returning Scholar.
