Alesia is a zoology and botany double major at Oklahoma State University. She is actively involved in biological research and has conducted ecotoxicology, behavioral, and museum studies research. She is also involved in sustainable activities on her campus like the Real Cowboys Recycle Tailgate Recycling program, and helped establish a recycling program in the Botany Department. Alesia's career goals include conducting conservation research in tropical areas and becoming a university professor to teach the next generation of conservationists.
