Natasha currently pursues an ecology and evolution major and Russian minor at the University of Maryland - College Park. Her future holds a PhD in marine conservation and a career improving the health of the marine environment. She passionately wants to bridge the divide between scientists, the public, and policy makers on environmental issues. After studying abroad in Sydney, AU, where she focused on humpback whale protection, she must catch up on lab work for her two research projects. Outside of lab and classes, she enjoys traveling, dancing, camping, scuba diving, photography, and time with her family and friends.
