Abigail N. Shemoel
Ball State University

Abigail is currently living in La Plata, Argentina where she is interning for the Municipality’s Environmental Agency, through the non-profit Foundation for Sustainable Development. When she returns she will spend the remainder of the summer working for a design firm and with Pro 100, a program for at risk youth, before completing her final year of studies in the fields of landscape architecture and international resource management at Ball State University. Abigail also looks forward to resuming her role in the university’s Natural Resource Club, while seeking ways to continue improving her Spanish and tango.

How can you describe a weekend of student leaders from across the U.S. with an intense passion to change the world? The Orientation was a phenomenal experience to meet and build connections that I'm sure will last a lifetime.
