Joshua M. Bernard
Josh is a political science major from Sharon, Massachusetts. He runs Esperanza International, Inc., a non-profit organization that works to aid communities adversely affected by toxic contamination. Esperanza facilitates the development of environmental legislation and organizes a variety of education and service initiatives in both the United States and Ecuador. A legal buff, Josh hopes to pursue his passion for social justice through a career in environmental policy. On campus, he enjoys Mock Trial competition, is a campus tour guide, and is Vice President of Hillel. Josh also loves Latin America, wearing argyle, and politics.

How can you describe a weekend of student leaders from across the U.S. with an intense passion to change the world? The Orientation was a phenomenal experience to meet and build connections that I'm sure will last a lifetime.
