In her third year at College of the Atlantic in Bar Harbor, Maine, Rachel is majoring in human ecology with a focus on environmental law and policy. She is passionate about public lands and wilderness preservation, and has explored land conservation through avenues such as an internship with the Southern Utah Wilderness Alliance and research projects for Acadia National Park. Recognizing the significant interplay between land and water resources, Rachel has become involved in water advocacy on both local and international levels. Rachel also loves to read beautiful language and spend time outside (especially in the ocean).
