Jeremy I. Pivor
Jeremy is majoring in environmental biology and is passionate about international environmental issues and ocean conservation. He has conducted ecology research in Missouri, North Carolina, and Madagascar. On campus he co-founded a group dedicated to international environmental collaboration and organized a climate change conference between U.S. and Chinese students. He attended the U.N. COP17 climate change conference, coordinating his university’s first delegation and serving as a Sierra Student Coalition delegate. Jeremy is also the president of his university’s EMS, plays saxophone, loves scuba diving, and is currently conducting research aboard a brigantine tall ship.

How can you describe a weekend of student leaders from across the U.S. with an intense passion to change the world? The Orientation was a phenomenal experience to meet and build connections that I'm sure will last a lifetime.
