Ashleigh A. Jugan
Ashleigh first discovered her interest in environmental science while working on remediation of acid mine drainage during her freshman research experience to Finland in 2014 . Recently, she discovered her true passion, conservation biology. Ashleigh's career goals include research and education in the conservation and tropical ecology fields, specifically endangered species. She will be working with endangered pangolins at Save Vietnam’s Wildlife in spring 2017, and on conservation of large mammals in Cameroon this summer. She is a member of the Undergraduate Research Leaders and president of the Drexel Naturalists Association. During her free time, Ashleigh enjoys photography and exploring Philadelphia with her friends.
