Rachel G. Dickson
University of Montana
Growing up in the mountains and rivers of Missoula, Montana, Rachel Dickson has formed a deep relationship with the outdoors. Rachel currently studies biology and environmental studies at the University of Montana and has been very active in pollination ecology research both in Missoula and abroad. She wants to understand plant pollinator interactions in order to effectively combat future food insecurity through applied research in sustainable agriculture. She wants to spread her love and knowledge of science to others through becoming a teacher of environmental ecology. In her free time, Rachel hikes and bikes, writes, and loves to garden.
