Emma Kincade, Cherokee Nation
Oklahoma State University
Emma is a proud member of the Cherokee Nation. She is currently a junior at Oklahoma State University, pursuing a degree in communication sciences and disorders with a pre-occupational therapy option. This summer, she will intern with the Senate Committee on Indian Affairs, where she will work to better understand health policy as it applies to tribal governments. Emma hopes to use her education and experience to integrate rehabilitative health services into Native American operated health centers. She loves outdoor adventures and spending time with her family.
