Alyssa Bonini

Alyssa Bonini is a Program Associate at the Morris K. Udall and Stewart L. Udall Foundation’s (Udall Foundation) John S. McCain III National Center for Environmental Conflict Resolution (National Center). Her work focuses on providing facilitation and contracting support for a major freshwater resources project concerning Endangered Species Act and National Environmental Policy Act compliance, and involving Tribal, State, Local, and Federal interests. She also provides direct services including facilitating team meetings, producing facilitator summaries, conducting conflict assessments, and producing trainings on environmental collaboration and conflict resolution.

Prior to joining the Udall Foundation, Alyssa held a Federal Government Policy Relations Fellowship with The Nature Conservancy and gained facilitation and process design experience as an intern with Oregon Solutions and the National Policy Consensus Center. She also served with the Peace Corps in South Africa, where she conducted community assessments and facilitated community health outreach events and trainings for more than two years. Alyssa holds a Juris Doctorate with a certificate in Environmental Law and a Master of Science in Conflict and Dispute Resolution from the University of Oregon. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in international studies and Italian from the University of Denver.
