Caleb D.W. King, Seldovia Village Tribe
Caleb King is a Sugpiaq Alaska Native student studying neuroscience. For the last five years, he has worked at a Native primary care center. Caleb researches the health equity of Native people and gene therapy. He is president of the Native American Student Association at his university. Caleb is a brand strategist for a startup primary care center and an advisor to the president of Indiana University. As a future physician, he sees a need to increase the number of Native people entering medical school, which has been stagnant since 1970.
