Environment
Beth is an environmental engineering major at the University of Colorado Boulder, and she is passionate about the intersection between water resources engineering and social justice. She hopes to continue her education by pursuing a master’s degree in hydrology and obtaining her professional engineer license in water resources. She has worked to promote the passage of Colorado’s first single-use plastic bag ban, and she is currently a water engineering intern at a public utility. On campus, she promotes sustainability in her role as a Resident Advisor and is the music director of an acapella group. Beth is also an avid hiker working towards summiting all of Colorado’s 14ers.
