Dylan is a biology major from Juneau, Alaska attending Utah Valley University. He has been extremely active in research projects that investigate the role of microbes in environmental quality. He has helped to spearhead a project studying the bacteria that are associated with harmful cyanoblooms in Utah Lake. After graduation, he will study dentistry, and he hopes to practice dental medicine and serve underserved populations once finished. In his free time, Dylan enjoys snowboarding, playing rugby, road tripping, and being outdoors.
