Stephanie is a first-generation descendant of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes of Montana. Stephanie is pursuing her bachelor’s degree in nursing at Salish and Kootenai College. She is an American Indian College Fund ambassador and chapter president of the Western Montana Area Medical Brigades. Outside of school and clinical hours, Stephanie is a mom and wife and works as a medical tech in one of the Montana hospitals' intensive care unit. Stephanie is passionate about women's and preventive health, specifically focusing on Native American health issues. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and being outside hiking or paddle boarding.
