Nick is a civil engineering student passionate about active transportation and public transit. He works for his city's planning department on bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure projects and is an involved member of the student government, where he led an initiative to support the regional bus service. He hopes to use street design and sustainable land development practices to encourage urban density and reduce car dependency. Nick enjoys cooking, hiking, and commuting by bike.
