Please read the descriptions of our payment options:
Training registrations must be done by the individual who will pay by credit card, and payment must be submitted
in the same online session as training enrollments. Third party payers can add multiple students to a class in
one session, and submit one payment for the group.
After selecting payment by purchase order, you will be provided with information including: to whom and where to send
the purchase order, and a special payment code to include on the purchase order. Please include the special
payment code on your purchase order and any associated correspondence.
Please contact Olivia Montes at 520-901-8574 for instructions before enrolling for training. Once an Inter-Agency
Agreement has been established, a coupon will be given to the agency/organization involved to use like a debit card
against the agreement. Once funds in the agreement have been exhausted, payment by other payment methods will be required.
Those who have been supplied with a coupon code should choose this payment option, and supply the coupon code when
prompted. Once the agreement attached to the coupon code has been exhausted, another payment method will be required to
pay for any remaining balance.
