Mackenzie L. Neal, Quapaw Tribe of Indians
College of William and Mary
Tribal Public Policy

Mackenzie Neal is a member of the Quapaw Tribe of Oklahoma, studying government and global studies at the College of William & Mary. She is an alumna of both the Native American Political Leadership Program at the George Washington University and the Washington Internships for Native Students Program at American University. In 2016, she was a Youth Delegate to the White House Tribal Nations Conference. As founder and president of the American Indian Student Association at William & Mary, she works to raise awareness of indigenous issues in her community. Mackenzie hopes to combine her passion for tribal self-determination with her interest in international relations by facilitating federal-tribal consultation on matters of foreign policy.
